Our story
It all started with one simple idea…
Children deserve therapy that feels like a place they can’t wait to come back to. Hide and Speech began with two speech pathologists, a small clinic and a big vision – a place where children felt safe, families felt genuinely supported, and therapy was something children actually enjoyed.
Today we’re a collaborative team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists supporting hundreds of families across Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs every week. Our mission hasn’t changed: every child who walks through our doors should know they belong exactly as they are.

Do you take NDIS?
Yes – we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS families every day. Bring your plan and we’ll walk you through it on the phone.
Are Medicare rebates available?
Often, yes – it depends on your child’s situation and referral. Call us on 03 9830 7050 and we’ll walk you through what applies.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral letter needed – parents, schools and GPs are all welcome to get in touch directly.
What does a session cost?
